Refund Policy

Our transparent policy for cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Terms

At Rise India Packers & Movers, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both the customer and our logistics team:

  • Cancellation > 48 Hours before Move: A full refund of the booking amount will be initiated, minus a 5% administrative fee.
  • Cancellation 24-48 Hours before Move: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
  • Cancellation < 24 Hours before Move: The booking amount is non-refundable as logistcal resources have already been allocated.

2. Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days. For payments made via bank transfer or cash, the refund will be issued via UPI or NEFT to the original payor's account.

3. Damage-Related Refunds

Refunds regarding service dissatisfaction or damage are handled on a case-by-case basis. If any damage occurs and is validated during delivery, the refund or compensation will be processed as per the Transit Insurance policy selected by the customer.

4. Force Majeure

In cases where the move is canceled by Rise India Packers & Movers due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, strikes, government mandates), the customer will receive a 100% refund of the booking amount.
